Spray Booth Fire Suppression
We protect spray booths, mix rooms and paint lines to code, and service them around your production schedule.
Spray finishing is one of the few hazards with its own NFPA standard and its own insurance scrutiny. We protect booths and mix rooms with dry chemical and CO₂ systems, service them around your schedule, and keep the documentation ready when you or your insurer need it.

Common Questions
Automotive Spray Booths — questions we get asked.
How often does a spray booth suppression system need servicing?
Semi-annually per code, including nozzle inspection and fusible link replacement, plus cylinder and hydrostatic requirements on their own cycle.
Will service shut the shop down?
Not usually. Booth suppression service can be scheduled around your operating hours — we strive to keep the booth in compliance without taking you offline for a day.
Does the booth system tie into anything else?
Typically the exhaust fan, the spray application equipment and often the building alarm. Those interlocks are tested at every service.
Do I also need extinguishers around the booth?
Yes, and the service bays around it as well. Booth suppression and the extinguisher programme usually run under one agreement.
We work on what's already in your riser room
No rip-and-replace pitch on the first visit. We hold current manuals and parts references for every line above — when a system genuinely can't be maintained any longer, we'll show you why before we quote a replacement.
