Fire Protection System Installation

What we install

Every system category we inspect, we also build — alarm, sprinkler, special hazards, pumps and water supply.

Fire alarm & detection

New addressable systems, panel replacements with a migration path off obsolete lines, device additions when the building changes, and releasing panels for suppression.

Sprinkler & standpipe

System extensions, tenant fit-out relocations, dry-pipe conversions for unheated spaces, and obstruction remediation found in five-year internals.

Special hazards

Clean agent systems for data halls and control rooms, kitchen hood suppression, spray booth protection, and Halon decommissioning done properly.

Pumps & water supply

Fire pump and controller replacement, jockey pumps, backflow assemblies, and the acceptance testing that closes the permit.

Fire Protection System Installation

Planned, permitted, installed.

Our years of experience and expertise have allowed us to develop a clear and efficient process for our customers.

01 · Survey and quote

A technician surveys what exists and what the code requires, and the quote covers the whole path to acceptance — not just the hardware.

02 · Drawings and submittals

Stamped drawings and cut sheets to your AHJ before anyone pulls wire or pipe. Corrections happen on paper, where they're cheap.

03 · Build to the drawings

Installed by the same certified technicians who test these systems for a living, around your operating hours.

04 · Witness test and closeout

The fire marshal watches it work, the paperwork follows, and the system enters our calendar with a clean first record.

Fire Protection System Installation

Existing system onboarding

Many times, an installation call starts with someone else's unfinished work.

Systems another contractor left unfinished

A half-commissioned panel, an extension that never got inspected, a booth system with no paperwork. The first visit is an inventory and a condition report — priced, itemized, no surprises — and then we finish it right.

No rip-and-replace pitch on the first visit. We hold current manuals and parts references for every line above — when a system genuinely can't be maintained any longer, we'll show you why before we quote a replacement.
