Philadelphia writes its own fire code and licenses its own contractors, so what is required here is not what is required in the rest of Pennsylvania. We work to it, across every system in the building.

How coverage works here

What Philadelphia facilities can count on.

The Philadelphia Fire Code

Philadelphia administers its own fire code rather than the statewide construction code, and enforcement runs through the city. Our reports are prepared for the office that reads them.

Licensed for the city

Philadelphia licenses fire protection work separately from the state. We are set up to work in the city, and the paperwork that goes with it is part of the job.

One calendar, one contact

Philadelphia properties sit on the same consolidated calendar as NJ, PA and DE sites in the same portfolio — one contact, one report format, and every local official gets what they need.

Every system

The systems we cover in Philadelphia.

Every system category below is serviced in the city — inspection and testing, installation, and maintenance under one agreement.

Fire Alarm & Detection Fire Alarm Monitoring Wet & Dry Sprinkler Systems Pre-Action Sprinkler Fire Pumps Fire Hydrants Backflow Preventers Clean Agent Suppression Room Integrity Fan Testing Kitchen Hood Suppression Automotive Spray Booths Portable Extinguishers Emergency & Exit Lighting Obstruction Investigation
