The compliance calendar
Every inspection your systems require, in one place.
The obligation sits with the building owner, but keeping track of it does not have to. We know these intervals and we run the calendar for the buildings we service. Review common systems below to see what yours requires.

The short version
Most of compliance is knowing what is due and when.
The compliance questions we get asked most often.
Who is legally responsible for compliance — me or my contractor?
The building owner carries the duty under NFPA 25 §4.1, not the contractor. Our job is to make sure everything is ready whenever the system is inspected.
Can you take over a system someone else installed?
Yes — it's a specialty of ours. The first visit is an inventory and condition report: what's actually installed, what state it's in, and any issues we may discover. We then share this info with you, along with a solid cost estimate — no surprises. We regularly onboard systems installed by other contractors.
How fast can you get someone on site for an emergency?
The emergency line is answered around the clock, and dispatch runs day and night across our territory. Contract customers get priority and a technician who already knows the system — and their records are in front of whoever picks up the phone.
Send us your building information. We'll tell you what your systems need and when.
Then we come back with the full year priced — one itemized quote, and no charge for it.
